There are two types of people in the world: those who finish everything on their New Year’s resolutions list and those who lose their list by February. Unfortunately, most of us are the latter. But keeping your 2017 resolutions shouldn’t have to be so difficult. Living a happier and healthier life is all about baby steps and creating new, manageable habits.

2017 is the year you’ll finally get that sensitive tooth checked and fix your back ache.
Whatever you want to accomplish in 2017, make it a habit. You’re more likely to keep up with something you start in smaller increments and continue it over a period of time. Make 2017 your healthiest year yet!
